Terms and Conditions for Time After Time Floral LLC

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of floral arrangements and related items provided by Time After Time Floral LLC. By entering into any rental agreement with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Reservation and Payment

To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. Once the payment is received and the terms are agreed upon, your reservation will be added to our calendar. Please note that our services are subject to availability and reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Rental Period

The rental period begins and ends on the dates specified in your booking agreement. If you require an extension of the rental period, this must be arranged and approved in advance, and additional fees may apply.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event may qualify for a partial refund, subject to Time After Time Floral LLC’s discretion. The refund amount will depend on the time and resources invested in preparing for your event. These resources include time spent on proposal creation, invoice generation, communications, and coordination with florists or venue managers.

Cancellations made within 90 days of the event are non-refundable. Weddings and large events often require significant lead time, and late cancellations may prevent us from renting to other clients. However, in the case of an emergency, natural disaster, pandemic, or other significant event, we will work with you to reschedule your rental for an alternate date.

4. Event Location

It is your responsibility to ensure that the floral arrangements fit the designated event space. If the florals do not fit due to space constraints, no refund will be provided.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Time After Time Floral LLC will deliver the rented items to the specified location on the agreed-upon date. Additionally, we will arrange for the pickup of these items at the end of the rental period. All rental deliveries include setup and pickup within a 25-mile radius of our location in [Herriman, Utah].

Late Pickup Fees: If rentals are not available for pickup by 9:30 PM, additional charges will apply as follows:

10:00 PM: $50

10:30 PM: $75

11:00 PM: $100

11:30 PM: $200

12:00 AM: $300

If deliveries or pickups extend beyond a 25-mile radius, a fee of $1.50 per mile will be added for each additional mile.

6. Additional Charges for Setup and Relocation

The quoted rental price includes one setup at a single location. If items need to be moved to another location during the event, additional charges for transport and setup will apply. Large items such as arches require disassembly and reassembly, and can only be moved by our trained team for insurance and safety reasons.

7. Product Handling and Responsibility

Customers are prohibited from moving or handling rented items. Any damage, loss, or excessive wear beyond normal use will result in additional charges to repair or replace the damaged items, as determined by Time After Time Floral LLC.

8. Emergency Policy

If severe weather or other emergencies necessitate the relocation of our rentals, please contact us immediately. Failure to notify us, resulting in damage to our items, will lead to additional charges to replace or repair the damaged products.

9. Weather Policy

All rental items must be kept indoors or sheltered. No items should be left outside overnight or exposed to rain, snow, or heavy winds. In case of inclement weather, we will relocate the rentals to a safe, protected space. We do not issue refunds if rentals are moved indoors or if an event is postponed or canceled due to weather-related issues.

10. Additional Charges for Damages

Damages to rentals will incur charges of up to double the rental price, depending on the severity. Water damage is permanent and will require a full replacement at four times the original rental cost.

11. Usage of Rentals

The rented items are intended solely for decorative purposes. They must not be altered, disassembled, or used for any purpose other than what they were rented for, without explicit written consent from Time After Time Floral LLC.

12. Liability

Time After Time Floral LLC will not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use of our rental products, except in cases of negligence or misconduct on our part. You agree to indemnify and hold Time After Time Floral LLC harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the rentals. We are also not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to factors beyond our control, such as natural events or government restrictions.

13. Venue and Location Restrictions

The rules of your event venue may impact our ability to fulfill your rental agreement. It is your responsibility to address any venue restrictions. We will offer recommendations, but cannot provide reimbursements for unused items due to restrictions that were not communicated to us.

14. Cancellation by Time After Time Floral LLC

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the agreement. In such cases, we will refund the full amount paid. Disputes or claims arising from this contract will be resolved through arbitration in [City, State].

15. Modifications to Terms

Time After Time Floral LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or communicating them through other means.
